UK Next Day Delivery - Excluding Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands

Order by 2pm, for delivery next working day, excluding Friday, Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.

Please note, weekends and public holidays are not considered working days. Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday or on a Saturday and Sunday will not be dispatched until the following Monday and will therefore not be delivered until the following Tuesday.

Any next day delivery orders placed on a Bank Holiday (UK) will not be packed and dispatched until the following working day.

Any orders placed after 2pm on a Thursday and before 2pm on Friday will be picked, packed and dispatched from our HQ on the Friday. However, DHL do not deliver to people's homes on Saturdays and Sundays - therefore please expect your order on the following Monday.

All next day delivery orders placed after 2pm on Friday and all next day delivery orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will not be delivered until the following Tuesday. 

International Orders

If you order products from our site for international delivery, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches its destination outside of the UK. Please note, we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes.  

Some of our products may be prohibited from being shipped outside of the UK. In this case a member of the team will contact you. 

Please note we are unable to guarantee the delivery time frame for international orders. We send orders via a courier or Royal Mail depending on the weight, size and value of the parcel who will pass on to a local carrier in the country. On average EU orders take between 1-2 weeks and Rest of World orders take between 2-4 weeks.

Our normal operating hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Orders received outside these hours, over the weekend or during public holidays will be actioned as soon possible.

Refunds

Due to us being a charitable foundation and the rising costs of shipping we are unable to offer free returns.

If a refund is required, please return the goods within 30 days of receipt.  
Please safely package your parcel and include your original paperwork and a note explaining your reason for return. If you have discarded the paperwork, we at the very least need a piece of paper that identifies who you are, an order number (you can find this on your email confirmation) and the reason for returning it to us.

We will not accept responsibility for lost parcels when returning goods and reserve the right to refuse the refund if the goods have been altered or damaged in any way.  

Once we receive a return, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item within 14 days of receiving it. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.   

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit/debit card or via the PayPal account used for the original purchase. Once we process your credit, the duration of the bank transfer will depend on your card issuer’s policies.

Damaged Goods
We are sorry to hear your order has arrived to you damaged or with a fault. All our orders are packed and processed to the highest standards. However, if for any reason, you need to return a faulty or damaged product, we will make sure the entire process is as quick and easy as possible for you.  

Please email orders@rafatrad.co.uk explaining to us the damage or fault, with photographs attached if possible. Please also provide us with your full name and order number (this can be found on your paperwork or order confirmation email).  

Once we receive your email we will be able to arrange for the matter to be resolved as quickly and easily as possible. 

Exchanges 
Due to us being a charitable foundation and the rising costs of shipping we are unable to offer exchanges.  

If you wish to exchange your item for a different colour or size or another item. Please safely package your original item you wish to return, and include your original paperwork and a note explaining your reason for return (e.g. need a different size). 

If you have discarded the paperwork, we at the very least need a piece of paper that identifies who you are, an order number (you can find this on your email confirmation) and the reason for returning it to us.

When we receive the item back we will process a full refund within 14 days of receiving your item. Once that refund has been processed (or before if you wish) you can then place a new order for the alternative item. 

If you would like us to reserve the new size or colour item for you while you wait for your refund to be processed, please let us know. We can keep the new item aside for you until you are in a position to purchase it. If you would like us to do this please email orders@rafatrad.co.uk 

 

Cancelling an order
You have the right to cancel your order within seven days of receipt, for a full refund. This does not apply to goods personalised or made to your specification.
