This unique 3D lenticular sepia / colour image, features the world-famous Battle of Britain Memorial Flight over the International Bomber Command Centre at Lincoln. Comprising of three iconic RAF aircraft from World War II, they are the Spitfire, Hurricane and Avro Lancaster.

Lenticular Images

Stunning wall art images change as the viewer moves side to side. To create these animated pictures, the original digital images are segmented into very fine strips and then converted into lenses. They then re-sequenced and re-layer the lenses multiple times by hand onto a pre-production model to create the desired optical effect (either 3D or animated). Clarity of background is maintained without compromising the integrity of the main subject and thanks to its anti-fade qualities, there is no degradation in colour; a quality feature of every Living Picture!

Jim Dooley is one of Britain’s most respected aviation and wildlife photographers. For the past decade he has worked with the Royal Air Force to capture unique air-to-air images of the country’s most loved wartime aircraft, raising more than £500,000 for RAF charities in the process, through the sale of calendars, cards, prints, posters and newspaper promotions of his images. Jim's work with military charities, and his lifelong passion for photography, led to his successful work as an aerial photographer.

Refunds

Due to us being a charitable foundation and the rising costs of shipping we are unable to offer free returns.

If a refund is required, please return the goods within 30 days of receipt.  
Please safely package your parcel and include your original paperwork and a note explaining your reason for return. If you have discarded the paperwork, we at the very least need a piece of paper that identifies who you are, an order number (you can find this on your email confirmation) and the reason for returning it to us.

We will not accept responsibility for lost parcels when returning goods and reserve the right to refuse the refund if the goods have been altered or damaged in any way.  

Once we receive a return, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item within 14 days of receiving it. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.   

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit/debit card or via the PayPal account used for the original purchase. Once we process your credit, the duration of the bank transfer will depend on your card issuer’s policies.

Damaged Goods
We are sorry to hear your order has arrived to you damaged or with a fault. All our orders are packed and processed to the highest standards. However, if for any reason, you need to return a faulty or damaged product, we will make sure the entire process is as quick and easy as possible for you.  

Please email orders@rafatrad.co.uk explaining to us the damage or fault, with photographs attached if possible. Please also provide us with your full name and order number (this can be found on your paperwork or order confirmation email).  

Once we receive your email we will be able to arrange for the matter to be resolved as quickly and easily as possible. 

Exchanges 
Due to us being a charitable foundation and the rising costs of shipping we are unable to offer exchanges.  

If you wish to exchange your item for a different colour or size or another item. Please safely package your original item you wish to return, and include your original paperwork and a note explaining your reason for return (e.g. need a different size). 

If you have discarded the paperwork, we at the very least need a piece of paper that identifies who you are, an order number (you can find this on your email confirmation) and the reason for returning it to us.

When we receive the item back we will process a full refund within 14 days of receiving your item. Once that refund has been processed (or before if you wish) you can then place a new order for the alternative item. 

If you would like us to reserve the new size or colour item for you while you wait for your refund to be processed, please let us know. We can keep the new item aside for you until you are in a position to purchase it. If you would like us to do this please email orders@rafatrad.co.uk 

Cancelling an order 
You have the right to cancel your order within seven days of receipt, for a full refund. This does not apply to goods personalised or made to your specification.
